Hellooo!

Today has been quite productive!  Well, firstly there was school of course, but then I got home afterwards and finished my baby LO for Emily!  It is very Winnie the Pooh themed - I just adore the PP they sell at my local shop :)

I would have a piccy here for you all to have a looksie, but unfortunately the camera is dead, and until I charge the batteries (I really need to do that more often :D) you'll just have to wait!

OK. Here is one of my b'day invites for 2009 :D

I used the letter 'M' for the recipient Maddi :D

The light was pretty dodgy - there's a storm headed towards the Gold Coast I believe...  So here it is.

Just getting ready to begin my invites when I think, Hmm, I'd better put my hair up!  So I toodle on in to the bathroom and am pulling my hair into a ponytail when SNAP.  Something in my neck cracks and I am writhing in agony :S

So now, I sit here, unable to move my head whatsoever, contemplating exactly how I am going to do these invites in this state.  But now I am also thinking how stupid I have to be to crack my neck while brushing my hair!  Yes, I am a wally :D

So all in all, I'm not too bad, I guess, I'm not dead, just injured.  I will find a way to do these suckers TODAY!  :D

And for anyone who has seen the latest Burgen bread ad...

Hey guys!

Today I'm focusing on my birthday party invitations. I'm having a gig in early April and better get my act together!

I'm using KaiserCraft Be Mine paper, American Craft Thickers Rootbeer Float (I luuuuurve Thickers - I'm addicted!) and a card design I found in Cardmaking, Stamping and Papercraft, Vol. 13, No. 12. I'll keep you posted, hopefully uploading a couple images before I knock off tonight!

The Beginning...

Hey y'all :):)

My other account died on me so here's to a successful-ish new blog!!

Anyway, for those who don't know me, my name is Cass. I am 13.92 years old (approximately :D), turning 14 in April this year and am maaaaad about scrapping :) I live on the Gold Coast with (at different times) my mum and my brothers, and my dad and his partner Renee.
